Exhibit R – ABC, LLC

Attach a schedule of any prohibitions or limitations imposed by the clearing agency on access by any person to services offered by any participant.

ABC, LLC (ABC) prohibits access to services provided by futures contract merchant members if the client does not meet the definition of “eligible contract participant” in Section 1(a)(18) of the Commodity Exchange Act. ABC also prohibits access to services provided by all clearing members if the client does not have a CDS Clearing Arrangement in place with the clearing member.
