Sample Instances for the Self-Regulating Organization Taxonomy 2026q3

1          Goal

Sample Inline eXtensible Business Reporting Language (iXBRL) format documents (“the Samples”) accompany the Self-Regulating Organization (SRO) Taxonomy Guide (“the Guide”). The purpose of the Sample is to illustrate the expected use of the taxonomy for the preparation of technically compliant filings for submission to EDGAR.

The Samples are not normative: nothing in this document nor in the samples supersedes any requirement stated in the Guide, nor the EDGAR Filer Manual (EFM), in the EDGAR XBRL Guide (EXG), in the SRO or any other taxonomy guide, nor any other SEC rule or guidance.  In the event of inconsistencies, the rules, filer manual, filer guide and taxonomy guide take precedence.

3          Samples

The samples described in the table below consist of Forms reduced to essential facts to represent the relevant submission or exhibit. Each folder contains a file params.json that contains parameters that a validator will require to properly validate.
